Our Chiropractors

Thomas Lawrence, Clinic Owner

(MChiro)

I’m Tom, the principal chiropractor at Goose Chiropractic and Wellbeing Centre. I graduated with a Master of Chiropractic degree in 2012, and before opening Goose Lane Clinic in 2013, I had the pleasure of working with a fantastic team in Scunthorpe.

I run the clinics with my wife, my mum, and our dream team. We have two wonderful “chiro kids,” Rosie and Peter, whom you’ll likely see around the clinic getting adjusted. Our dog, Izzy, also makes frequent appearances and loves nothing more than a belly scratch at reception.

My journey with chiropractic began when I was 12 years old, and my whole family started seeing a chiropractor. I had my first adjustment and never looked back! Chiropractic not only keeps me feeling my best but also leaves me energized and connected to life. The potential our bodies hold amazes me every day.

Early in my career, I focused primarily on sports performance, helping athletes function at their peak. I’ve worked with Team GB swimmers preparing for the 2012 Olympic Games, and I participated in a research project with the Welsh Rugby Union. I still work with a range of professional and semi-professional athletes daily, which I really enjoy. However, sports are just one aspect of my practice. I love the variety within our clinic community, seeing everyone from newborn babies to elderly individuals who are young at heart.

The reason we’re able to serve such a diverse range of people is that chiropractic doesn’t “treat” any single ailment. Instead, it helps boost each person’s natural ability to express their fullest potential—whether that’s in healing, thriving, or simply getting the most out of life and their activities. Chiropractic care is safe and effective for all ages, with care tailored completely to each individual’s needs.

Seeing people positively transform and get more out of life makes me incredibly proud of what I do. I also love presenting educational chiropractic talks to the public to share knowledge, success stories, and answer any questions you may have. Drop me a line if this is something that interests you!

Kal Hammond-Race

(MChiro)
Chiropractor

Meet Kal

Hi, I’m Kal.

I’ve been part of the Goose team since 2017. For me, chiropractic is about helping people move, feel and live better so they can get back to the things they enjoy the most. I love working in a clinic where the energy is high and people genuinely care about what they do.

Outside of work I’m very active and spend my time snowboarding, training in the gym, hiking and climbing.

Jame Noble

(MChiro)
Chiropractor

Meet James

Hi, I’m James.

I’m a Chiropractor here at Goose and I've been here since 2023.

I love the energy around Goose and it was definitely the first thing I noticed when I looked round, I knew then that I had to work here. It creates a really positive environment when caring for people.

A lot of chiropractors end up specialising but what I love most is the variety of people I see here, I can be seeing a high end sports person one moment followed by a practice member in their 80’s wanting to be able to play with their grandkids without pain the next. I also have done Paediatric training and seeing the improvements in some of my baby practice members is extremely rewarding.

Outside of Goose I enjoy exercising and have been known to run across the Sahara Desert or over the Alps at times. I also achieved a lifelong aim of competing for Team GB when I took part in the World Age Group Triathlon championships in Ibiza.

I can’t think of a better place for potential practice members to start their journey towards improved pain, well-being or health than at Goose, however I am a bit biased!!

Luke Whatling

(MSc Chiropractic)
Chiropractor

Meet Luke

Hi, I'm Luke.

I’m one of seven chiropractors in my family, so it’s no surprise what we talk about when we get together. It also means I’m usually the go-to for anatomy questions in a pub quiz!

I enjoy working with people who want to stay active, move well, or improve their performance, whether that’s in the gym, the garden, or out on the golf course. Helping people maintain or introduce meaningful activities that bring purpose and enjoyment to their lives is the most rewarding part of my job. I love hearing about your progress and seeing results. The small wins and the bigger achievements genuinely make me a happy chiropractor.

When I’m not at Goose, you’ll usually find me playing hockey or cricket (with mixed results!), spending a bit of time in the gym or in my garden

Louie Morris

(MChiro)
Chiropractor

Meet Louie

Hi, I’m Louie.

I’ve been at Goose since 2021. I am a chiropractor and previously had other roles in the clinic such as receptionist and CA. I love helping people through all walks of life - whether you’re struggling to get through an average day or a high level athlete

When I’m not at Goose you’ll probably see me doing some form of activity. From being in the gym, doing calisthenics to playing football and squash. I’d love a game… if anyone dares!

Jordan Baugh

(MChiro)
Chiropractor

Meet Jordan

Hi, I’m Jordan.

’m one of the chiropractors. My journey began with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, which fuelled my passion for health and wellness. Since then, I decided to further my knowledge by completing my chiropractic degree, combining my academic background with hands-on experience to support practice members in achieving optimal well-being. I’ve been part of the Goose family since 2018, and I have been surrounded by chiropractic care, loving the positive changes it brings to people’s lives.

Outside of work, I love going on adventures around the Peak District and try my best to get lost (that’s where all the hidden gems are!)

I am the Lead Clinician and a Sports and Exercise Therapist at Goose Chiropractic. I have been part of the Goose team since 2018. I absolutely love my job, especially the people that I get to meet and help. But the people I particularly like to see in practice are the grandparents and great grandparents who want to live their life to the fullest. I love that I get to support people at every stage of life and help them to stay active and doing the things they love the most. I feel honoured to be part of their health journey and also to hear some of the amazing life stories that they have!.

You can usually find me soaking up the outdoors, spending time with my family or cheering on the formula 1 when I’m not in the clinic.

Hi, I’m Beth.

I’ve been at the clinic since 2021 and I specialise in neuromuscular function, taking a whole-body, nervous system–focused approach to care. I’m passionate about making a positive impact and supporting people throughout their recovery and performance journeys.

I’m known for being friendly and approachable, and I’ve worked with athletes across boxing, football, rugby, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and gymnastics. I also have a broad sporting background myself. I love working with everyone who comes into the clinic—and I believe great results are best achieved with good conversation and shared goals along the way.

Harrison

(BSc Sports Therapy)

Meet Harrison

Hi, I’m Harrison.

I’ve been at Goose chiropractic since 2021. Working as a sport therapist I have a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and stay active. With a strong focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance, I work closely with clients to create tailored treatment plans to help support your long-term health and mobility goals

In my spare time, I keep active by going to the gym, playing football, and spending time outdoors, especially walking in the Peak District. I joined the team at Goose in 2026 and have been a sports therapist for nearly 9 years. I’m passionate about injury rehabilitation and prevention, helping individuals return to activity and daily life feeling stronger and more confident.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and keeping active by chasing after the kids and taking our energetic springer spaniel, Dexter, on his daily adventures.

Luke

(BSC Sports therapy)
Soft Tissue Therapist

Meet Luke

Hi, I’m Luke.

I love helping everyone in the clinic but have a real passion for women's health. Supporting women through menopause and providing some advice and and care when it is often overlooked.

When I'm not at Goose, I enjoy spending time with my partner and going out to different foods spots.

Alice

(MSc Physiotherapy)
Soft Tissue Therapist

Meet Alice

Hi, I’m Alice.

I started my journey at Goose as a Sports Therapist in 2026. I love working with older adults who value staying active and independent, sports people who want to perform at their best, and anyone who enjoys a good chat as much as I do! It’s so rewarding seeing people regain their confidence and independence, whether that’s returning to sport, moving without pain, or simply doing everyday tasks more comfortably again.

When I’m not at Goose, you’ll usually find me with my partner trying out new places to eat, walking through woodlands (as long as there’s no mud!) or at the gym.

Chiropractic Assistants

Helen

Lead Chiropractic Assistant

Meet Helen

Hi, my name is Helen.

I was a practice member at the clinic for over a year before I started working here in 2018. My whole family attends the clinic for regular adjustments and soft tissue care—my grandson even started getting adjusted just a week after he was born! I love making our wonderful practice members laugh and helping them feel comfortable while they wait for their clinician.

Zoe

Lead Chiropractic Technician

Meet Zoe

Hi my name is Zoe.

I’ve worked here since 2016. I originally started on reception and also have a background as a massage therapist. Now with my wide understanding of health and the body, I also run scans and assessments on our practice members allowing us to track their progress and tailor their care plans to them individually. I love learning about chiropractic and how it can change people’s lives. We have a great team here which actually feel more like a big family. The highlight of my day is meeting patients and their new babies (and pinching cuddles :))

Sasha

Chiropractic Assistant & Technician

Meet Sasha

Hey! I’m Sasha.

I’m one of the CA/CTs at the clinic, as well as a Chiropractic student. I really enjoy having a chat with you during scans and learning more about what you love and enjoy. I also love the variety of people we see in clinic every day—from babies to adults—which makes the work so enjoyable and fulfilling.

Claire

Chiropractic Assistant & Technician

Meet Claire

Hi, I’m Claire. I joined the clinic in October 2023 as a Chiropractic Assistant, and since then, I’ve also trained as a Technician. I particularly enjoy doing scans and learning about chiropractic care and the benefits it offers.

Before joining the clinic, I was a qualified dental nurse for 10 years. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the gym. As a family—my husband, two teenage boys, and I – love being outdoors, whether that’s walking our three dogs or going away in our campervan.

Jo

Chiropractic Assistant

Meet

Hi, Im Jo,

I live in Whiston with my husband and our pug Joey. I Joined the Goose family in 2019 and before that knew very little about the world of Chiropractic care. I feel the health benefits of the adjustments are amazing and everyone should try it. I love coming to work and meeting all the new practice members and seeing the difference and progress our practice members are feeling.

Josie

Chiropractic Assistant & Technician

Meet Josie

Hi, Im Josie,

I joined the team in 2024 after being a practice member since 2019. I work as a CA/CT and really enjoy getting to know new practice members, as well as catching up with the regular faces we see in clinic. In my spare time I like to try my hand at crotchet. I’m a big fan of country music and love going to gigs and festivals with family and friends.

Caroline

Chiropractic Assistant & Technician

Meet Caroline

Hi, Im Caroline,

I joined the practice in 2025 as a CA and later trained as a CT. I first came to the clinic in 2017, when I saw Heidi for soft tissue therapy. I live in Bramley with my husband, our two children, and Teddie the Cavapoo. I love chatting with our practice members and welcoming new faces into the clinic.

The Office Bods

Becky

Clinic Owner

Meet Becky

Hi, I’m Becky, and I’m married to the wonderful Tom.

We have two chiro kids who you’ll often see around the clinic, ‘helping’ Daddy set up the beds!

My role in the clinic has evolved over time. I began working at the front desk as a Chiropractic Assistant (CA) and running scans as a Chiropractic Technician (CT). I then led the Marketing and Community Outreach team, which runs free health events for local businesses and groups. Now, I organise and run our chiropractic semiars (Align the North) and I work alongside the other office bods to complete projects and implement new things in the clinic. I love the variety in my weeks, from rolling out the app to updating the screens around clinic.

When I'm not in clinic, you can find me hosting retreats and firewalks or off on family adventures

Steph

Practice Manager

Meet Steph

Hi, I’m Steph. I’m Tom’s integrator, which means when he has an idea to improve or change the clinic, I make a plan and put it all into action.

I started out as one of the Chiropractic Assistants in 2015, then became one of the first Chiropractic Technicians before moving into my current role. I’ve been receiving chiropractic care regularly for around 10 years, and I love how beneficial it is to my overall health. It gives me so much energy, which is essential as I have a very lively dog and a little boy at home who need plenty of exercise and entertainment!

I absolutely love working here—the team is amazing.

Lucy

Head of Marketing & Social Media co-ordinator

Meet Lucy

Hi, I’m Lucy. I joined the Goose team in 2022, starting in the marketing department. Now, I also manage The Gaggle which is the space we hold regular classes as well as different wellbeing events. I absolutely love working with our amazing team, though as the social media coordinator, they’re often dodging me and the camera!

Gill

Manager

Meet Gill

My name is Gill, and I’m one of the clinic managers. Along with my late husband Rob, we helped our son Tom open Goose Lane Clinic in 2013. We are incredibly fortunate to have an amazing team of staff who truly care about improving our practice members’ well-being. Although I mainly work in the upstairs office, I look forward to seeing you in the clinic.

Emma

Community outreach and Marketing

Meet Emma

I work in marketing and community outreach at Goose and love being part of a team that puts people and wellbeing first. With a background in brand, creative work and community projects, I’m especially interested in holistic health, women’s wellbeing, the importance of our nervous system, the brain–body connection and advocating for neurodiversity. Outside of Goose, I’m usually outdoors walking or wild swimming, or running my nail business where I love giving my clients TLC, creating designs and boosting their confidence!

Izzy

Chief belly scratch requester

Meet

This is Izzy, and she belongs to Tom and Becky. She loves nothing more than running into the clinic and saying hello to everyone, especially if there are fusses or treats to be had. She knows exactly where to stand if you’re lying on the bench and will often come over to say hi.

Izzy is exceptionally friendly, but we understand that not everyone feels the same way about dogs as we do. If you’re more of a cat or goldfish person, just let us know, and we’ll make a note on your file to ensure she’s safely tucked away in the office during your visit.
